KellyCare’s journey started when the founder Kelly had worked as a care assistant in the local community and in a care home. As time passed, Kelly became increasingly frustrated with the continuous mismanagement and the feeling that care companies seemed to be focused more on the money they could make than the care that they were providing or the staff who were working hard for their company.

After a lot of thought, Kelly decided to start her own company as she truly believed that she could provide a better level of care and support to meet people’s needs and treat staff with the appreciation they deserved.

As the interest in the care that KellyCare provided to our clients continued to grow, word-of-mouth began to spread, and the demand for our services increased.

We now have over 18 years of experience in the health and social care sector and in that time, we have built a positive reputation with the clients we have supported, their loved ones and the communities where they live.

We have put our heart and soul into supporting individuals to remain safely in their own home, maintaining their dignity, independence and choice and control at all times and will continue to do so. 

We are incredibly proud to now be registered with the CQC and look forward to supporting many more clients and families in the years to come.
